Michael and Sharon Lechter are outdoor enthusiasts and Arizona residents.
Their love of nature, the rich history surrounding Pleasant Valley
and hospitality led them to purchase Cherry Creek Lodge in 2006. Michael
and Sharon spent countless hours refurbishing and adding a wealth
of modern comforts to the lodge before opening to the public in late
2007. Their efforts have shaped Cherry Creek Lodge into a vision of
rustic Arizona meets modern convenience.
Michael Lechter has been a practicing intellectual property lawyer for over 30 years and owner of the publishing company TechPress, Inc. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Arizona State University and counsel to the international law firm Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, LLP. An avid hunter and sporting enthusiast, Michael is versed in all the game surrounding the lodge and the best places to find them. Sharon Lechter is co-author of the best-sellers financial advice book Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and co-founder of the Rich Dad companies. Sharon is a dedicated activist of financial literacy for women and children across the nation. She was appointed to President George W. General
Manager Erich Wagner joined us as the Lodge manager in
2006 and assumed his present duties in 2008. Erich retired from
the Marine Corps in 1997 and has since run his own catering business
and worked for 9 years at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess as a
Chef and Sommelier. Erich also does double duty as our Lodge Chef.
He brings finesse and flavor to our lodge cuisine. |
